Notice Regarding COVID-19 Countermeasures
Dear Guests,
Although Iwate Prefecture is no longer subject to a state of emergency, BELLINO HOTEL ICHINOSEKI continues to understand and follow the intent of Iwate Prefecture’s guidance and guidelines from a safety standpoint, and we would like to inform you of the following measures we are taking.

1 Requesting Guests to Disinfect Their Hands with Alcohol
In addition to disinfecting the hotel’s core facilities and equipment with alcohol, we have placed alcohol hand sanitizer at the entrance of each hotel facility, and we ask guests using these facilities to disinfect their hands.
2 Implementation of Alcohol Disinfection
We regularly disinfect with alcohol the buttons and door handles of elevators, restrooms, and other public spaces, as well as other areas touched by guests using the hotel.
3 Regular Ventilation
We regularly ventilate to bring in outside air. In addition, as a countermeasure against airborne viruses, we have placed carbon dioxide-encapsulating gel throughout the facility.
4 Health Checklist and Temperature Checks at Check-in
In accordance with guidance from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we distribute a health checklist to guests at check-in and ask them to fill it out. We also measure temperature with a non-contact thermometer, and may decline accommodation based on the results.
5 Suspension of Buffet-Style Breakfast
We have suspended buffet-style breakfast service for the time being.
6 Staff Health Management
We pay close attention to the health management of our staff and instruct them to frequently wash their hands and gargle.
7 Masks
Some staff members wear masks while assisting guests.
