      • Reservations and services related to hotel accommodation
      • Services related to reservations and use of the hotel’s banquet facilities
      • Reservations and services related to use of the hotel’s restaurants
      • Services related to ordering and purchasing hotel products
      • Other services related to hotel reservations and use
   2. Other services necessary to fulfill our contracts with customers
   3. Guidance and information from us regarding the services in (1) and (2) above
   4. Recruitment screening and post-hire personnel management
   5. Operations and services incidental to (1) through (4) above
3. In principle, we do not provide customers’ personal information to third parties, except with the customer’s consent or as required by law. However, we may provide personal information without the customer’s consent when outsourcing its handling to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, or in the case of a merger or similar event.
4. We strive to prevent unauthorized access to and leakage of customers’ personal information, and implement reasonable security control measures.
5. When we outsource the handling of customers’ personal information, we appropriately supervise the outsourcing party to ensure its security is maintained.
6. We periodically review our management structure and efforts for protecting personal information, and strive for their continuous improvement.
7. We strive to respond appropriately and promptly to requests for disclosure or correction of customers’ personal information. We also welcome comments and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information.
