Our hotel has worked to implement measures in line with guidelines so that guests can use our facilities with peace of mind; however, COVID-19 cases have been increasing within Iwate Prefecture as well, and have begun to show signs of regional spread. While we want to welcome as many guests as possible with even more thorough safety measures in place, as a large facility we have come to recognize that, out of consideration not only for guests and staff but also for our neighbors in the surrounding community, it is necessary — in addition to further strengthening disinfection, cleaning, and ventilation — to limit the number of people and the time of use in order to avoid the “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings). We apologize for the inconvenience to our guests, but we would like to inform you that we will be operating as follows for the time being. We apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause, and we ask for your understanding as you continue to use our hotel.
[Use of Venues for Weddings, Memorial Services, Banquets, Seminars, etc.]
To avoid the Three Cs, the number of guests, and the number of venues and staff available per day, will be limited; however, we will give priority to accepting reservations for events well in advance, so please consult with our staff early.
We will also give priority to reservations for Shōgetsuan, Nanohana (private-use basis), and Paulownia.
