Ichinoseki, the home of mochi. In the mochi food culture here, mochi is indispensable for celebrations.
There is a custom of eating “mochi honzen” as a ceremonial dish for weddings, funerals, and other rites of passage,
and at BELLINO HOTEL, we’ve arranged this using local ingredients to create a special mochi kaiseki course.
