[Keeping the Restaurant Clean] Terrace Ronde’s Sanitization and Operational Measures

We’d like to introduce BELLINO HOTEL ICHINOSEKI and Restaurant Terrace Ronde’s current sanitization measures and operating format.
We are carrying out these measures so that guests can dine safely and enjoyably, and have a comfortable stay.

Our staff are doing their best to keep the facility and guest seating areas clean, and we’d be happy for you to see what that looks like.

We are doing our best to ensure guests can relax with peace of mind, and we appreciate your understanding.

Keeping the Restaurant Clean ① Sanitizing Frequently Touched Surfaces with Alcohol

We sanitize with alcohol, focusing on areas that are frequently touched by hand.

We spray alcohol onto a cloth and wipe thoroughly.

Alcohol Sanitization

Virus transmission via hands and fingers is something we take very seriously.

We wipe down door handles, elevator buttons, restrooms, sinks, and other areas guests touch with alcohol.

Keeping the Restaurant Clean ② Placing Disinfectant at Various Locations Throughout the Building

We have placed hand sanitizer throughout the building so guests can disinfect their hands.

Hand Sanitizer

In the lobby, in front of the entrance, outside restrooms, in the elevator hall, and other places.
We’ve placed them prominently in areas where guests pass through.

As mentioned above, virus transmission via hands and fingers is something we take very seriously. We’d be glad if you make use of these.

Keeping the Restaurant Clean ③ Measures in Terrace Ronde’s Operations

Restaurant Terrace Ronde is currently operating under a modified format.

Lunch: Regular service
Dinner: Open only for dinner reservations by overnight guests

We are spacing out seating between guests and taking safety precautions when seating you.

Because of this, the number of available seats is limited. Please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate your preferences during lunch.

Please note that our operating format may change going forward depending on the situation.
We will announce any changes on this blog and elsewhere, so please check for updates.

All of our staff are making an effort to prevent infection by properly washing their hands and gargling.
