[Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin] Carefully Crafted Hamburger Steaks Made with Ichinoseki and Iwate Ingredients!

“Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin”
We introduce their carefully crafted menu using local ingredients from Ichinoseki and Iwate, and its appeal.

Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin’s Menu and Hamburger Steaks

Their signature Kakunoshin hamburger steaks come in three types: Gold Kaku, White Kaku, and Black Kaku.

[Gold Kaku]
A deep, rich flavor from Kakunoshin’s “golden blend recipe” of carefully selected domestic beef and Platinum Pork.
Enjoy the overflowing, juicy meat juices.

[White Kaku]
A juicy, mellow flavor from a high-quality blend of Japanese black beef and Platinum Pork.
Savor the elegant meat juices created by top-quality ingredients.

[Black Kaku]
100% straight Japanese black beef, offering a refreshing deliciousness and mature richness.
By carefully selecting the ideal cuts for grinding, balancing lean meat and fat, and marinating the ground meat in salt koji only after carefully assessing its condition, the meat’s natural umami is drawn out even further.

You can also choose your favorite sauce.

We asked Mr. Takao Chiba of Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin for tips on how to choose!

If you’d like something light and juicy, go with “Gold Kaku” to “White Kaku”;
if you’d like to taste the meat’s concentrated, natural umami, go with “Black Kaku.”

The most popular sauces are said to be “wasabi soy sauce” and “Japanese-style onion sauce.”
The sauce is served on the side so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the meat itself.

Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin’s Commitment to “Ingredients from Ichinoseki and Iwate”

Meat Restaurant Kakunoshin’s concept is using local ingredients.
Not only the meat, but the rice too — including “Honedera Village Manor Rice,” offered to Chusonji Temple, and “Kanzaki Medaka Rice,” grown in a richly natural environment.
The side vegetables are also sourced from Ichinoseki and Iwate, in season.

In this way, they also place great importance on their connections with local producers, allowing you to enjoy safe, delicious meals.

This concept isn’t limited to this location — the same commitment to Ichinoseki and Iwate ingredients is said to apply at their Roppongi, Tokyo location as well.
