Regarding the Voluntary Suspension of Accommodation Reservations Through May 20
Thank you as always for your patronage of BELLINO HOTEL ICHINOSEKI.
Regarding Accommodation Reservations Through May 20, 2020
In line with the national government’s declaration of a state of emergency and the intent of Iwate Prefecture’s “Basic Policy on Countermeasures Against COVID-19,” BELLINO HOTEL ICHINOSEKI has decided to voluntarily suspend accepting new accommodation reservations through May 20.
Regarding Accommodation Reservations From May 21, 2020 Onward
We are accepting accommodation reservations for May 21 onward; however, if new guidance is issued by the national government or the prefecture, we intend to respond appropriately in line with that guidance and any guidelines, in order to ensure our guests’ safety. Accordingly, we may ask guests with existing reservations to cancel at that time. In addition, please be aware in advance that we may ask guests to cancel reservations, or to change rooms in the case of consecutive-night stays, from the standpoint of ensuring safe room cleaning.
As the COVID-19 situation is changing moment by moment and cannot be predicted even by our hotel, we intend to prioritize safety first. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests with reservations or those considering a reservation, and we appreciate your understanding.
Our hotel is committed to disinfection and sterilization so that everyone can use our facilities with peace of mind, and these efforts are posted on our hotel website.
In addition, our boxed-meal delivery and restaurant operations are being conducted with safety measures in place, so please check our hotel website for details.
